7.4 Reboot System

The Web Configurator may be used to restart your router. Click

“Reboot System“ to open the following page.

There are two reboot options: Using current configuration and Us-

ing factory default configuration. If you want to reboot the router

using current running configurations, check Using current configu-

ration and click “OK”. To reset the router’s settings to default values,

check Using factory default configuration and click “OK”.

The router will take 3 to 5 seconds to reboot the system.

7.5 Firmware Upgrade

Before upgrading your router firmware, you must install the Router

Tools. The Firmware Upgrade Utility is included in the tools. The

following steps will guide you through an upgrade. Note that the

examples below use a Windows OS.

1. Download the latest firmware from DrayTek’s website or FTP site

(ftp://ftp.draytek.com/vigor2200/).

2. Use the Web Configurator to enable the Firmware Upgrade func-
